How I Created My Black Seed Empire - A Quick Start Guide to Wealth

I get many emails on wanting to know how I created my empire.  They want FREE classes or even SKYPE on how to begin. While I wish I had time for everyone, I do not. 

A simple article on fig leaves

In the year 2009 I wrote an article for Natural News on Fig leaves and how it treated diabetes.  The article was an instant hit.  the problem is where do you get fig leaves from.  I would get letter after letter on where to purchased.  Then a thought came to me.  I had 4 huge trees in my garden, why didn't I sell them.  So after inquiring at the post office, I found out that I could ship them quite easily.

So I opened up a website and store

I thought I had found a great way to make money.  I compared prices and found out that people would pay a big price for them as they were not located anywhere else.  So I started picking the leaves by hand, washing them and then hand dried them in doors.  In around 3 weeks I was ready.

I did not have much money

I had around $100 and $26 of that went to set up a professional account on Weebly.  With around $26 I got 10 websites.  With these websites I could write about a number of subjects and interlink them back to my basic store which I set up with PayPal.  I used PayPal buy buttons and even set up an Amazon store too.

The Rest Was Easy 

Weebly had a drag and drop system and so making the website was simple. I applied for Google Adsense to monitize my websites and started adding my articles I have written for years.   I had written for several websites and had tons of articles on health, wealth and black cumin.  Why I knew more about black cumin than most.  You have to have articles to get people to your website.

In the old days we were found by the Google search engine, but not any more.  The system is so complicated now. So to get people to your website, you must create social medial links and get the people to read your articles which directly link to your stores and products. So for instance, write an article on fig leaves and diabetes and have a link to buy them on.

SocialOomph is the Key to my Success

I talked to a man on Helium who was a professional on Twitter and increasing business and he convinced me I had to have a manager system.  SocialOomph had a free system where you input your links for up to 12 hours.  In the beginning they were the best way for me to go.  I started on Twitter with 56 followers and to this day I have 400,000.  Having this tool made all the difference.

Once I had the system down pack, I moved up to the professional model where I relaxed more.  I put my links into a reservoir and SocialOomph did all the work.  The professional model cost around $17 every two weeks but you have a hands free account and you can have tons of Twitter and Face Book pages and you have to do nothing but set up the initial reservoirs.  Consider them a paid maid.

Other Benefits that helped

Other keys in my linking process were having my posts seen on multiple websites and forums and so I worked the forums talking about my articles which secretly was taking them to my store.  I also use Pinterest a lot and I get a lot of linking there.   It takes work in the beginning, but once you get everything started you are hands free. Now keep in mind we are still working for little or no money.

3 months before my first sale

I remember the shock when my first sale came in.  It was an easy system actually. They paid thru PayPal, PayPal sent me the money in 2 days and I shipped in 7 days.  I put on my website I wanted a 7 day processing time and 3 week shipping.  So by the time their money arrived, I had enough money to go to the post office.

I had to buy wrapping paper for the boxes, tape and old newspapers, which I used for stuffing. In the beginning I used grocery store boxes or local store boxes to ship my items in.  Later on I would buy professional boxes once the business was doing good.  If you are located in the US, custom boxes are ready available at any office supply company.    Here in Jordan you must buy 1000 minimum.

Adding more supplies

When I had my first sale, more came.  The person who bought, told others and regular orders came in.  Then I knew I had to add more things to my store. The first thing I added to my store was black cumin oil and seeds.  What I did was look for comparative pricing in the US and I priced my products compared to what others were selling them for.  I could buy cheap here.  I met some contacts here and I was buying oil for wholesale pricing.

From there I contacted a gardener and we started adding many products, such us mulberry leaves and pomegranate leaves and olive leaves.  I had to pay a high price to get organic products but she did all the work.  Again I was hand free.  Promoting the products was important. So by the time the leaves were dried, I had orders to pay for the leaves.

As far as the many products I added in my store, such as shampoo and soaps and pain creams, I paid for them when I was paid. So still I am working with little money.  So someone sent me $100 including shipping and I would wait for the money to clear, go to an ATM and withdraw the money and go to the shop and buy exactly what I needed.  For months it was a good system.

Moving on UP

I got the best prices when I bought in bulk and so one day I had $300 and stocked up on oil.  I saved $1.50 on each can, a real big savings (100ml size).  I then knew I had to buy in bulk and so I would buy everything in bulk as I could and of course it took all my money.

Affiliate Move

After the first year, I was established on the web as the leader in black seed articles and information.  I started having companies contact me.  I became affiliates to several companies and websites and that increased my sales and potential too.  From there I made a huge move to writing on Cancer.


Cancer was the basis of my wealth

As a health writer, I knew everything about cancer.  I also had cancer of the stomach several years earlier and knew what I did.  I transitioned to a cancer protocol.  I met a man who worked for Cancer Tutor and he suggested I contact Webster Kherr about writing a protocol for them as they had none.  He agreed and asked me only not to put garlic in the protocol.  I agreed. Luella May, partner with Tony Isaac edited the article for me and I submitted the article and it was posted.  From there I was in the business big time.  I had links from a top cancer company coming to two websites and I was making huge money.  I averaged around $2000 a week which is huge for Jordan.

15 hour workdays

While the money was good, it was hard on my health.  I had to work constantly.  I had 36 websites now, 26 Twitter pages, 6 stores and a home to run.  It would eventually do me in.  I was doing everything myself.  I had to go to Amman to buy supplies and to town almost daily.  I was going to the post to mail twice a week and had to package everything there.  Here in Jordan all boxes have to be inspected.

I needed a helper bad, but who could I trust.  We tried opening a US store which was highly successful but my son could not handle the load with school and a family and so the US office closed.  We were shipping thousands of dollars of merchandise there monthly.  The clients loved it.

So then I went back to doing everything myself in Jordan.  It was just too much.  This type of thriving business needs two or three helpers.

Competition high

I got into the black seed business in the beginning when very few were open.  I was told by Allah that this was going to be huge and I had to figure out how to beat the competition.  I did that with multiple websites and stores.  But the postage from Jordan to the US was high and that in the end was what killed me.  With the US store we used USPS and the rates were reasonable and the people got their products in 5 days or less. But from Jordan we are talking about almost 1 month.  It had to be someone who really loved my merchandise.

I prided myself on the best products

How did I beat out the competition? Simple, I had the best products. My olive leaves were 10 times better than Mountain Rose Herbs or Amazon and so people would wait.  People would also buy from me because I had complete protocols.  I built up a client base and they would tell their friends.  Word of mouth got me clients.

Talking to the Owner

The number one selling point to my business was the client could talk to me direct and get help with their illness.  Other companies only had secretaries which knew nothing about cancer or any illness.  I could guide them and help them change their protocols monthly.  They could call me and they could feel happy.  You cannot run a successful business if you do not know anything about black cumin, cancer, illness and life.

Research and Knowledge

I had written about black cumin and other natural remedies for 5 years before beginning my stores.  I had a strong basis for all subjects.  What I did not have time to write about, I hired out.  I hired a company to write articles for me.  My entire blog on Mesothelioma was filled with articles from Zerys.  I paid writers to give me a wide assortment of subjects and I filled an entire blog for less than $150 which was monitized by Google Adsense and linked in by SocialOomph

 I did this several times and in fact Zerys helped me fill an entire website on Yemeni Honey which to this day is my number one selling product.  With the help of Cancer Tutor, they linked to my Yemeni Honey Website and I got tons of orders via them.  I had to keep going to Amman to satisfy that link.

Time for a Change

If you are not willing to change you will not survive.  Luckily I got enough information from Zerys writers to enlighten me about the possibility of curing cancer with honeycomb.  That single bit of information made me a success.  We got enough testimonies to prove that using the black seed oil and the honeycomb combined with the Yemeni Honey was the fastest and quickest way to treat cancer.  Those testimonies showed that within 30 days, people were having drastic changes.

I cornered the market on honeycomb and found the best Yemeni honey products and I was a success.  It was not just about the money but about saving lives.

 A people business

You cannot be a success if you do not care about healing and about people. I gave samples away, gifts and I helped with postage when needed.  I in the end cared if the person was well.  We were not a copy and paste website, we were the forerunners in healing.  Allah showed me the remedies and gave me the truth and I was successful.

A time to retire

Even though my business is doing very good now, the work load killed me.  About 3 weeks ago I had a major knee injury and it got so bad I could not walk.  the pain was incredible.  So I decided to close my stores and write from home.  Destiny had kicked me in the teeth.  I was not infallable, I was feeling the age.  I am 62 now and on social security and so I set up a bucket list of what I needed to do to retire.  I was able to complete the bucket list and on Saturday, August 22nd, 2015 my stores closed.

I have to say I am looking forward to retirement.  In the US you can have USPS come to your door to pick up the parcels and that is the best system.  In Jordan it is not that way.  But we had the luxury of providing local and original products like Yemeni Honey and Honeycomb, black seed oil and seeds from Egypt,  loofah leaves for cancer and fig leaves locally. 

Had I not been in Jordan I would not have learned so much about black seed.  So with my wealth of knowledge I am now able to train others to do what I did successfully for so many years.
