A Woman's Secret to Longevity - Egg Yolks and Remaining Single

Emma Morano is the oldest person in Europe and the 5th oldest in the world.  She is an Italian woman who was born in 1899 and she learned early on in her life what truly mattered.  Her marriage was hard and stressful and she decided to be truly happy she must be free.  So in a time when people were not divorcing (1938), she left her husband and never again would she let any man dominate her.  She to this day has remained single.

Now this philosophy goes against everything naturalist are teaching.  All naturalist who gurus who teach you to live past 100 tell you that you need to be married and have lots of friends.  Was this isolation from men healthy or was it in her genes?  Maybe her marriage was so bad, the thought of marrying again was too frightening.  She stated, "I didn't want to be dominated by anyone."  Her life and her choice.

When asked about her diet she also had a strange philosophy that is not like anything we have heard before. Due to her anemia, her doctor told her to eat raw eggs.  So she eats 3 raw eggs a day.  That is 1095 eggs a year.  The though of chuggling raw eggs may not be appealing and so to try this longevity diet of Emma's I added in one cup of juice and the 3 eggs. 

The first day my heart felt sluggish and I wondered if this was good for me or for anyone.  The second day tried it with two eggs and a grape juice.  Still was not thrilled with the results.  The third day I added in 1 to 2 teaspoons of my very strong black seed oil from Saudi Arabia.  Walah!!! I felt fantastic.  I had more energy than I had in days.

Normally we suggest 2 to 3 eggs per week and so go about this protocol with caution and I might suggest starting with 2 raw eggs a day.  Again make sure that you have organic eggs and of the best quality.  Living a long life takes more than eggs in my opinion. 

For Emma it worked well. Although there is no mention of whatelse she added or did without.

According to Livingthenourishedlife.com, these are a few more good reasons to eat raw egg yolks.
  • Fat soluble vitamins are highly concentrated in egg yolks. This is where all the valuable vitamin A, D, E and K are stored. 
  • The yolk is also where you’re going to find plenty of B vitamins (like the very crucial B6 and B12, which many people are short on), plus minerals like calcium and zinc.
  • Egg yolks are rich in cholesterol. And that’s a good thing! Cholesterol is imperative for hormone and neurotransmitter production (i.e. it keeps you feeling good), and is also crucial for the production of vitamin D
  • Yolks contain essential fatty acids like omega-3 DHA. Egg yolks, especially those from pastured chickens, have an excellent omega 3:6 ratio, too. There’s virtually no fat in the white, however.
  • Egg yolks are also a great source of lecithin, which is great for your liver, your brain and your skin. Throw out your soy lecithin (it’s basically industrial waste) and get your lecithin from eggs!

Woman Cures Ovarian Cancer with Nutrition and Avoided Chemotherapy

A wonderful story about Rita Ramparte who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and chose to live again naturally.  Her story is something I can cling on to as it is something I do with my patients.   She was at a New Year's party and met a chiropractor who told her she had something wrong with her spine.  She told her she was willing to adjust her for free.  So she went with the woman and allowed her to work on her.

While the woman was working on her she used her hand to scan her body and discovered many things wrong with her.  She told her she had 16 gall stones and if she would start cleansing, she should not stop until all 16 stones were gone.  She told her to get a pen and paper.

She had no intention of doing these things, but wanted to be courteous due to the fact she had been kind to her.  So she began to write and the woman told her to go buy an enema bag and lots of organic fruits and veggies and she had to start juicing.

The woman told her she needed to go see a gynecologist because she had something wrong with her productive organs.  Again she agreed.  Of course she did not really think anything was wrong.  When she went to the doctor they discovered several cauliflower like growths on her ovaries and they wanted to test to see if it was cancerous. 

She was in shock, but she went to tell her husband. He acted like Oh yeah sure and like he was not concerned.  She realized first that her diet was so bad and second that if she got sick her husband would not help her.  Her body was toxic and so was her life.  She had to do two things and that was to get rid of both.

So she went and got all the organic fruits and veggies and her enema bag and she began the juicing as that one mysterious woman had told her to do.   When she went back to the doctor she was already feeling better and had more energy than she had in years.  The doctor told her she had cancer and they wanted to do surgery and start her on chemo.

She refused and told the doctor, give me 4 months to do it my way.  If I am not better in 4 months, I will consider the surgery.  So she went home and started her program.

  • No dairy
  • No meat
  • No sugar
  • No eggs
  • Nothing cooked
 She started exercising and joined a yoga class and used her body like never before.  She lost tons of weight and yes she cured her cancer too.  When she went back to the doctor, the doctor swore she must have used some kind of hormone treatment or other aids. It was impossible diet alone did this.  She wanted the doctor to spread the word about how nutrition saved her, but of course he would never do that, because doctors do not get paid to save you naturally.

While this story is unique, I would still suggest using black seed oil to build up your immune system and turmeric and olive leaf.  Every cancer is unique and no two cancers are healed the same.
