Swine Flu 2019 - What You Need to Know to be SAFE

The United States mounted a complex, multi-faceted and long-term response to the pandemic, summarized in The 2009 H1N1 Pandemic: Summary Highlights, April 2009-April 2010

On August 10, 2010, WHO declared an end to the global 2009 H1N1 influenza pandemic. However, (H1N1)pdm09 virus continues to circulate as a seasonal flu virus, and cause illness, hospitalization, and deaths worldwide every year.

SWINE FLU EXISTS TODAY IN 2019

While the WHO declared an end to the global H1N1 virus, it does indeed exist today.

As a resident of Jordan I can tell you swine flu is here and WE DO NOT EVEN HAVE PIGS OR EAT PORK.

News is that 25% of worldwide pigs will be eliminated due to the fear of Swine Flu panademic and I can tell you here in Jordan the panic is panademic and people are running for help.  China is estimated to lose beteween 20% to 70% of its herd.

According to the CDC Website

From April 12, 2009 to April 10, 2010, CDC estimated there were 60.8 million cases (range: 43.3-89.3 million), 274,304 hospitalizations (range: 195,086-402,719), and 12,469 deaths (range: 8868-18,306) in the United States due to the (H1N1)pdm09 virus.

Additionally, CDC estimated that 151,700-575,400 people worldwide died from (H1N1)pdm09 virus infection during the first year the virus circulated.**

Globally, 80 percent of (H1N1)pdm09 virus-related deaths were estimated to have occurred in people younger than 65 years of age.

This differs greatly from typical seasonal influenza epidemics, during which about 70 percent to 90 percent of deaths are estimated to occur in people 65 years and older.

In 2018 These Countries Reported Swine Flu

First it was detected in China and then in January 2018 if was found in Mongolia.  In Februaty we found more cases in Vietnam, Cambodia, Hong Kong, South Korea, North Korea, Laos, Myanmar and the Philippines.

In October of this year it was discovered in Australia and as mentioned above we have hundreds of cases in Jordan and many deaths.

Now here are countries reporting Swine Flu: (Canada Claims they are free of the virus)

Saudi Arabia is recommending children under 12 and people over 65 not be allowed to come to Hajj this year to eliminate some of the risk.

Israel also was not listed but tons of stories on their virus fight.  Israel had their first death in Elat with a 35 year old man and over 900 infections.

ISLAMIC BELIEF

IF YOUR COUNTRY HAS A PANADEMIC OR PLAGUE, DO NOT LEAVE AND IF ANOTHER COUNTRY HAS A PANDEMIC OR PLAGUE, DO NOT GO THERE.

According to Jordan Health Department

The stats are normal for this time of year and compares to the previous years but yet we have a huge panic now.

According to the Health Department this is an immune deficiency problem more than Swine Flu.  Yes, calm the masses theory.

When I talked to my neighbor who is a doctor, he said the same thing that those who are strong and have no current health problems and are not elderly or very young, then this is not a major problem.

The Jordanian government is giving out free anti-viral medicines to doctors to combat this to anyone suspected of swine flu and flu vaccinations price has been cut in half (not a fan of vaccinations and I never get them)

Symptoms of the Swine Flu

The symptoms are the same as other flus you much have gone through.
  • Fever (but not always)
  • Chills
  • Cough
  • Sore throat
  • Runny or stuffy nose
  • Watery, red eyes
  • Body aches
  • Headache
  • Fatigue
  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea and vomiting
Flu symptoms develop about one to three days after you're exposed to the virus.

These measures also help prevent flu and limit its spread:

  • Stay home if you're sick. If you have the flu, you can give it to others. Stay home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently. Use soap and water, or if they're unavailable, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Contain your coughs and sneezes. Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. Wear a face mask if you have one. To avoid contaminating your hands, cough or sneeze into a tissue or the inner crook of your elbow.
  • Avoid contact. Stay away from crowds if possible. And if you're at high risk of complications from the flu — for example, you're younger than 5 or you're 65 or older, you're pregnant, or you have a chronic medical condition such as asthma — consider avoiding swine barns at seasonal fairs and elsewhere.

When Should You See Your Doctor

It's not necessary to see a doctor if you're generally healthy and develop flu signs and symptoms, such as fever, cough and body aches. Call your doctor, however, if you have flu symptoms and you're pregnant or you have a chronic disease, such as asthma, emphysema, diabetes or a heart condition, because you have a higher risk of complications from the flu.

How to Build Your Immune System to Fight Swine Flu

There is no virus that can not be beat, by using this simple, inexpensive solution from Mother Nature.

1. Take 21 capsules of the olive leaf, all at once at the beginning of any symptoms and then take 9 capsules daily or more. The best way is to take these things now and build up your system, do not wait till you are sick.

The healing benefits of olive leaf are enormous and available to everyone who wants to be well.  I linked to the Bulk Supplement Site as you save lots of money over Amazon.    Place in empty vegetarian capsules.(size 00)

2. You should take one teaspoon of honey and Nigella Sativa oil or ground seeds every single day.  Nigella sativa, also known as black cumin and black seed is a natural anti-viral and has been proven to be effective.

3. 4-5 cloves of garlic taken in the afternoon.

4. 2 capsules of grape seed taken daily and preferably in the morning.

5. Take echinacea capsules for the flu and/or virus.  Recommended dosage is 3 to 4 capsules a day in divided dosages. Echinacea must be taken at the onset of the virus and then stopped when the symptoms are gone.

5. 2000mg of Vitamin C and Vitamin D3.
