I just love these. They are so delicious. I was looking for something to eat this very cold evening and found this recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 CUP OF PB2 ORGANIC POWDER
- 3/4 CUP OF SUGAR
- 1 WHOLE EGG
- 1 TSP OF BAKING POWDER
- 1 TABLESPOON OF GROUND FLAX SEEDS
- 1/2 TSP OF SALT
- 1 TSP OF VANILLA
- 1/3 CUP OF OIL
DIRECTIONS:
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F.
- PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN MIXER OR BOWL
- MIX WELL.
- DROP BY HEAPING TSP ON PARCHMENT PAPER
- BAKE FOR 12 MINUTES.
I tried to follow the original directions to use a fork to make cross marks but for me I just baked them as was. They are simply delicious.
NOTE: I DID USE MY HIMALAYAN PINK SALT THAT I HAVE MIXED WITH BLACK SEED POWDER. I USED 60% SALT TO 40% BLACK SEED POWDER.
