As a recipe writer I am always thinking of how to add more pizazz to a recipe and this one is definitely calling for more pizazz.
No Bake Energy Bars
Ingredients:
Ingredients
- 2 cup quick-cook oats
- 2/3 cup dried tart cherries
- 1 cup all-natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup of raw honey
- 1 tablespoon of dried coconut
- 1 tablespoon ground black seeds (must be heated prior)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Spray a dish with non-stick spray and then press the mixture firm in place. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least two hours before cutting.
