Dandelion Season: My 10 Herb Nutritional Supplement

It is dandelion season and time for you to get your year prepared. Many squabble about making different remedies and being prepared.  My recipe for wellness is simple.  Consider everything you would like to have in one capsule and just make it! It is just that simple.  I have found that this recipe I am going to give you is the all efficient one.

Also remember that Nigella Sativa is also known as, black cumin, kalonji, haba al-barakah.  Black cumin is not the same as true, organic and original Nigella sativa.  I and others will however use the term black cumin to make it easier to understand. Black cumin is not the same as brown cumin, the spice.  They are not in the same family either.

10 Herb Nutritional Supplement
  • 1 cups Dandelion (powder)
  • 1/2 cup Black Powder
  • 1/2 cup Fennel
  • 1/4 cup Ginger
  • 1/4 cup Garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon Basil, dried
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons ground Pomegranate shells (for parasite cleansing)


Place all in a large bowl and mix together well.  Store in a "GLASS" container.  To use place in capsules and take 4 each day.  Store away from the light in a closed cabinet.
